Staples




"I'm not done Mommy!"
One of my favorite faces. I so rarely see it-maybe your saving it for your teens?!!?!
For one or more of the 21 meals we consume in a week we (usually) have one of the following:

1. Organic beans (pinto, black, and white are the most common)
2. Baked organic yams
3. Organic avocado
4. Organic apple (teething) slices
5. Organic coconut yogurt
6. Organic banana (you can peel your own...pretty cute!)
7. Organic zucchini
8. Organic carrots
9. Mommy's random mix of veggie bean soup
10. Veggie noodles
