Guess How Much I Love You?
by Sam Mc Bratney
"Then he looked beyond the thorn bushes, out into the big dark night. Nothing could be further than the sky. "I love you right up to the MOON," he said, and closed his eyes.
"Oh, that's far," said Big Nutbrown Hare. "That is very, very far."
Big Nutbrown Hare settled Little Nutbrown Hare into his bed of leaves. He leaned over and kissed him good night.
Then he lay down close by and whispered with a smile, "I love you right up to the moon - AND BACK."

February means Valentines Day, Valentines Day means Love (and Mommy's third favorite holiday!)
Love Means...
Spending 1/2 a grocery bill on enough strawberries to bathe in for a week
Making strawberry smoothies, cupcakes, frosting, berries in milk, topping, and ala carte
Love is...
Making heart sandwiches for Daddy
& then remaking them

Love is...
Packages of treats in the mail

Love is...
Valentine skies

Love is...
Feeding the birds in February because it's all about the "hArts!"

Love is...
Staying up to paint rockets for Valentines morning

Love is...
Flying rockets outside after you've worked 12 hours
(and have to go back to work again)

Love is...
Schnuggles

Love is...
Holding and Being Held

Love is...
Breakfast at the French restaurant in Old Town

Love is...
Belgian chocolate, raspberries, fresh baked bread, and organic yummies

Love is...
You (saying Shadden Sylvester!)

Remaking a single batch of sugar cookies because it's fun, and because Mommy left the double batch of decorated cookies on the table
To my little Valentine,
Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
You're all that's good & wonderful
i love you
