Indoor puppet plays

Santa Brunch at the Ritz
(Before Mommy let Daddy trim the mullet!)
I'm hoping it grows in strong for the summer...seriously.

The carolers won all your attention, sorry Santa!
You asked for three things at interchanging times:
1. To Sing
2. To Eat
3. To Play with the other kids

You've been sugar and spice and everything nice. I'm constantly taken aback wondering how you can be so sweet. Who left this kind little boy at my door? My little peachy Mommy's boy. You call both Mom and Dad, "Mommy" and "Daddy." This month has been filled with music, getting acquainted with The Nutcracker, seeing the Union Station Norwegian Train Christmas decorations, visiting Santa at the Ritz, "mmming" over Mount Vernon gingerbread and Blanford gingerbread villages, creating Christmas crafts, sledding in our first winter snow, painting pottery ornaments with Mommy and Daddy, begging to see more holiday lights, and flying to Orlando for Christmas.

The nutcrackers were your favorite

You love the cracking noises

I never had a big affinity for nativity sets. But you have put me on a mission to find one for next year. Your innate love has drawn you to them better than any story at this age. You like to point out Mama Mary, Dadda Joseph, Baby Jesus, and each figure. A face to the Jesus in our prayers.
P.S. I love the way you say a loud affirmative, "yeah" for Amen.
2010This year you:
-learned how to walk
-celebrated your first birthday
-started talking
-went to Michigan (3 times), Maine, and Florida
-adopted a kitten Hana (who has become your kitty!)
-grew hair and teeth (current count 12-with four canines in the process of dropping)
