Prediction Time!!

We're getting close!!! Things are going well at 39 weeks. I started wearing the catwoman carpal tunnel wrist guards which are the hugest life saver! My hands still tingle but there's no more shooting pains for hours on end. After a few nights of desperately walking the neighboorhood at 1 am, doing yoga, walking the stairs, massaging, walking around in a circuit in the house from 3-4:00am to no avail, praying it would stop I finally went out and got some homeopathic remedies and wrist guards. Now I can sleep! I love them and basically never take them off because the pains come back. My right hand is worse than the left. The middle and ring finger are so touchy! So I am so grateful to have some ease!

You are still healthy and thriving moving about like a wildcat. Your movements are usually always over 10 in 10 minutes. I am still carrying small at 35. Your heartrate is about 136. I have some hopeful signs: the uterus gets its daily workout of bh contractions and every night they go from about 7-1:00 am, I have the dull low back pain, I crave foot and ankle rubs, I have been taking afternoon naps, I listen to the meditation tape everynight, and I am feeling great still walking daily and doing yoga weekly. I feel like I get poofier everyday!

I really miss your Dad after being on vacation with him and now having him work so much. I am in a love craving. I stopped reading the pregnancy books and indulged in another Nicholas Sparks romance The Choice. He brought me beautiful fair trade roses which make me so happy everyday. I think every pregnant girl should have flowers-they melt my heart so!
Your dad and I met the Doulla Hilary who is amazing! Even all the animals loved her! Hero has been especially protective of me lately. He has really become "my boy" all the sudden. We have this new connection and we wonder if its partly because he can feel you in me.

You love cheese and so I have been eating it everyday. We found a pediatrician, got a carseat, and Moses basket, and keep getting gifts from Bobby's sweet co-workers. One of them even hand made you a beautiful quilt! Your closet is packed with adorable baby pj's, blankets, and stuffed animals from everyone. I started doing your laundry and got weepy folding your teeny clothes and assessories. I feel so blessed to be able to fold clothes for my own real baby!! Ah! I love you!

I'm really excited because your Nana is coming tomorrow. We still think its early for your arrival but I would really like the company so she is coming to play with me until you arrive. Say horray baby crafts! Your Dad reminds me that everyday you stay inside is good because you get stronger and healthier and he wants to be off work before you arrive so he's hoping it will be a little while. Everyone is wondering when your going to come!

Some Predictions:

Uncle Ryan: 16-17-18th in the "teens"
Mommy: 24th
Daddy: 21-22nd

GG (Grandma Gulley): April 1st
Nana: 20th
Uncle Jeff:  27th
Great Grandma "GG":  25th

Anyone else???

My students from school called and gave predictions too! It felt so good to hear the sound of their voices but then I kept thinking and missing them afterwards.

When I think of seeing you and looking into your face I get all teary! I'm getting so excited to be able to finally see you! Thankfully, my body is doing well and I am not unbearably uncomfortable or ready for this all to be over so it is fine for you to develop some more and come when you're ready. I don't think I'll feel ready until your Dad is home with me.

We love you angel!
