D.C. in September is like Michigan in July or Hawaii year round. It's loveliness. Sunny high 70's-80's and cooler 60-70 evenings. Ahhhh! Sun dress heaven for Mama and little tike bike heaven for you. Now, if only it had a local non-polluted natural water source! Every year I wish the Virginia pools and spray parks would not close at labor day because the entire month is water splash worthy. We hit the clorination daily-sometimes twice daily-so I think we took proper advantage of it. Since we run away to Michigan for June and August, it's a perfect treat to come home to another month of summer play. A summer without water is like a lake without ducks. It just wouldn't be right.

You've started a fall music class with Music Together which is so much fun I wish we could do it year round! You sing and do motions in the car and ask for your "new music" at home.
